Our bookings can be made any time online, or you can phone or email us during working hours

The maximum number for a tour is 12.

Your tour guide will carry a bag with a first aid kit, hand sanitizer, face masks and tissues.

Our tour is compliant with State COVID 19 directives. Guests are welcome to wear their own masks.

Our walking tour will pass public toilets and the duration of the tour can accommodate a short break to use these facilities if needed.

Guests are recommended to dress for the weather conditions. The duration and the itinerary of the tour maybe altered for the comfort of guests in response to extreme weather.

In response to extreme weather events Victor Harbor Walking Tours will cancel the tour and a gift card, refund or rescheduled tour will be provided.

Photography for personal use is permitted. No filming or recording is permitted.

Privacy and Disclaimer

Victor Harbor Walking Tours keeps securely all information. Your information is not sold or shared.  

We will only use any personal data collected during your use of our website and booking process in accordance with the National Privacy Principles established under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cwlth) and our Privacy Policy.  

The information provided by you during the booking process (“Personal Information”) and any other information communicated to us by you is only used to provide

• a personalised service;
• maintaining accounts and records;
• statistical analysis and conducting market research surveys.

Your personal Information will also be provided to Fareharbor (our booking technology provider) and its associated partners, and where the Personal Information has come via a distributor to that Distributor and may be jointly accessed and used by them at any time (on such conditions as they may subsequently agree)). 

Personal Information may also be transferred, stored and processed to/in countries outside Australia in connection with the processing mentioned above. Your Personal Information may therefore be processed in countries where the rights and benefits conferred on data subjects may not be as favourable as in Australia. 

Your credit card details are not saved during the payment process nor are they in any way viewable nor accessible by us or any other parties.

No responsibility will be taken by Victor Harbor Walking Tours for booking agents mis-representing the tour activity. 

Victor Harbor Walking Tours will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to your possessions, damage or injury to yourself arising from or connected with the Victor Harbor Walking Tours and activities no matter how that loss, damage or injury was caused. We also not accept any responsibility for the deterioration of the health or any tour participant that results in injury, illness or death.

Victor Harbor Walking Tours carries public liability insurance for all tours and follows Federal, State and Council laws and regulations.
