Children

Children must be accompanied by a full paying adult at all times.

Pricing

Pricing for children relate to 5-12 years (unless in a school group), young children under 5 years are free of charge. Concession card holders are required to present their card.

Change to bookings, Cancellation and Refund details

Payment is due at the time of booking and bookings are not confirmed until payment is received (by Victor Harbor Walking Tours or a third part travel agent).

Cancellation Policy

If you plan to change your booking or cancel your tour please provide details of your cancellation in writing (email) or by talking with the tour operator. 

For cancellations 24 hours prior to the commencement of the booked  tour, the client will be offered the opportunity to re-book, be given a gift card for use on the same tour, or a refund.

For cancellations within 24 hours of the tour commencing, no refund, no gift card or an opportunity to re-book will be given.  

If you do not arrive at the agreed meeting point or at the tour start time, you are not entitled to any compensation.

No show no refund will be given.

For cancellations due to COVID 19 directives please phone or email to discuss.

Guests are recommended to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations relating to unforeseen circumstances.

If Victor Harbor Walking Tours is forced to cancel a booked tour, prior payments will be fully refunded.
